What you'll learn

Apply a systems lens using the Micro–Mezzo–Macro framework to understand how people, policies, technologies, and infrastructures interact across mobility ecosystems.

Analyze mobility challenges more effectively by identifying root causes, interdependencies, and leverage points that influence outcomes at different system scales.

Evaluate real-world case studies to distinguish why certain transportation solutions succeed or fail within complex operational and socio-technical contexts.

Integrate systems thinking into your own work to strengthen decisions, anticipate unintended consequences, and increase the strategic impact of your design practice.
